Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The following timeframes are estimates and apply from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Transit times may vary depending on your location and any carrier delays. All timeframes are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Second Day Air: 2 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 business day (must be placed by required time)
- Same Day Delivery: Available in select areas on eligible items. Orders must be placed by the required cut-off time for same-day delivery. Availability is limited.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items ship. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. Your final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Standard Shipping
We often offer Free Standard Shipping promotions on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount, before tax and shipping. Please check our website for any current promotional offers and details. Some exclusions may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Have your order number ready.
