Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Several types of items are exempt from return for health and safety reasons:
- Costumes & Costume Accessories
- Wigs
- Makeup & Face Paint
- Inflatable Products
- Personalized & Custom Items
- Clearance Items (marked final sale)
How to Return an Item
To start a return or exchange, please visit our online Returns Center. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. The Returns Center will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product using the prepaid shipping label provided through our Returns Center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
